My Soul Was Filled

"And as I partook of the fruit thereof it filled my soul with exceedingly great joy; wherefore, I began to be desirous that my family should partake of it also; for I knew that it was desirable above all other fruit."

As I read this verse, I pictured Lehi with great joy...not just pleasantly delighted, but completely filled with happiness. Think about the most wonderful moments of your life...maybe some of those moments are calm and peaceful. Yet, the dreams and times you'll want share with people are exciting, thrilling, and joyful beyond measure. I believe Lehi was having one of those moments, as he partook of the fruit and was "filled...with exceedingly great joy".
